We do not collect sensitive personal data (bijzondere persoonsgegevens) through this website. Any clinical information shared in the context of counseling sessions is governed by a separate client agreement and professional confidentiality obligations.

4. How Long We Retain Your Data

  • Contact form enquiries: retained for 12 months from last contact, then deleted

  • Client administration records: retained for 7 years in accordance with Dutch administrative retention requirements (bewaarplicht)

  • Website analytics data: governed by Squarespace's own retention policy

5. Who We Share Your Data With We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with:
